Plain-Language Notice

This page is provided for transparency and site operation. It is not legal advice and does not create a government, court, attorney-client, employment, or emergency-service relationship. For urgent matters, use the proper official emergency or legal channels.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this site, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site, create an account, upload content, send messages, or attempt to access restricted areas.

2. Services Covered

  • Public informational pages, project pages, certifications, legal pages, and contact routes.
  • Account-based features such as profile pages, dashboard access, repository views, and private tools.
  • The Government Contact Portal for verified governmental or legal authority communication.
  • X-Tracks and other media, file, or dashboard tools made available by the operator.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate information when registering or requesting access.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • Access may be approved, limited, suspended, or removed at the operator's discretion.
  • Restricted tools, files, admin panels, and dashboards may not be accessed without permission.

4. Government Contact Portal

The portal exists as a structured contact channel for official governmental, legal, or authorized entities that need to reach the operator of xdev.lol.

  • Anyone may be allowed to create an account, but messaging may be restricted until verification.
  • Only verified governmental or legal authorities may use the portal for official messages.
  • Verification may require proof of identity, agency, role, email domain, legal authority, or case context.
  • False claims of authority, impersonation, or misleading submissions are forbidden.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attack, scan, exploit, overload, scrape abusively, bypass authentication, or probe restricted systems.
  • Do not upload malware, credential stealers, illegal content, spam, or content that violates another person's rights.
  • Do not impersonate the operator, another user, a school, a company, an agency, or a legal authority.
  • Do not use the site to harass, threaten, dox, defraud, or disrupt others.
  • Do not attempt to evade a ban, IP block, rate limit, permission check, or access control.

6. Heartbeat, Sessions, and Live Lockout

The site may use a heartbeat system to confirm that a browser session is active, enforce account status, refresh permission state, and remove access in real time when an account or network address is blocked.

  • Logged-in pages may ping the server periodically while the site is open.
  • Administrators may terminate or deny access for a live session.
  • A denied user may be signed out, redirected, or blocked from further page access.
  • Heartbeat checks are security and operations controls, not a guarantee of uptime or monitoring coverage.

7. Bans and IP Blocks

The operator may ban accounts and block IP addresses or networks to protect the site, users, infrastructure, files, admin tools, and legal contact channels.

  • An account ban may prevent login, dashboard access, messaging, uploads, and protected page access.
  • An IP ban may block access to the entire website, including public pages, even when not logged in.
  • Blocks may be temporary or permanent and may be applied without prior notice.
  • Ban evasion may result in broader blocks or additional account removal.

8. Data Handling

The site may store account data, session records, login state, message contents, verification details, upload metadata, IP addresses, timestamps, ban records, and operational logs needed to run and secure the site.

Portal notifications may be forwarded to third-party services such as Discord webhooks. These alerts are intended to notify the operator that a message or event exists and may include limited metadata.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

  • Essential cookies may be used for login sessions, CSRF protection, and remember-me behavior.
  • Local browser storage may be used for interface preferences or app state where needed.
  • Blocking cookies may prevent login, dashboard access, messaging, or other protected features from working.

10. User Content and Uploads

If a feature allows messages, files, media, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit. You must have the rights and authority to submit it, and it must not contain illegal, harmful, or unauthorized material.

The operator may remove content, restrict uploads, or disable access when misuse, security risk, legal risk, or operational risk is suspected.

11. Repository and File Access

Repository and file listings may expose public project material, static assets, or controlled resources. Access to a visible path does not grant ownership, redistribution rights, write access, or permission to bypass controls.

12. Availability and Changes

The site is provided as-is. Features may change, break, move, be redesigned, be restricted, or be removed at any time. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, data retention, compatibility, or availability.

13. Security Reporting

If you believe you found a vulnerability, report it through the contact page and avoid accessing, modifying, deleting, downloading, or disclosing data that is not yours. Do not perform destructive testing or public disclosure before the operator has had a reasonable chance to respond.

14. Legal Requests

Governmental or legal requests should use the Government Contact Portal where possible. The operator may request verification before responding to official requests. Invalid, incomplete, abusive, or unverifiable requests may be rejected.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not liable for losses, damages, outages, data loss, access restrictions, third-party service issues, or consequences arising from use or inability to use the site.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in Hungary. Any disputes shall be handled under Hungarian jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

17. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the site, access controls, legal requirements, or operations change. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Contact

For normal questions, use the public contact page. For official governmental or legal communication, use the Government Contact Portal and be prepared to verify your authority.
