These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Government Contact Portal (the “Portal”) hosted under xdev.lol.

1. Purpose

The Portal exists solely as a secure communication channel for official governmental and legal authorities to contact the operator of xdev.lol.

2. Eligibility

Any individual may register an account on the Portal.
However, only entities that have been formally verified by law as governmental or legal authorities are permitted to send messages.
Unverified or pending accounts remain restricted and may not use messaging functions.

3. Verification

Verification is performed manually by the Portal owner. Proof of governmental or legal authority may be required. The owner reserves full discretion to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke verification at any time.

4. Restrictions

No impersonation of government agencies or legal authorities.
No fraudulent or misleading registrations.
No use of the Portal for any purpose outside official communication with the operator of xdev.lol.

5. Data Handling

Messages and account information are stored securely on the Portal. Notifications are also forwarded to the owner via third-party services (e.g., Discord webhook) in the form of alerts such as “You have a Gov Message.” By registering, you consent to this handling.

6. Termination

The Portal owner may suspend or delete any account without notice if these Terms are violated or misuse is suspected. Access to the Portal is a privilege, not a right.

7. Liability

The Portal is provided “as is” with no guarantee of availability, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. The owner is not responsible for any consequences resulting from use of the Portal.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved under Hungarian jurisdiction.

This Portal uses cookies for essential authentication and to remember your login preference. By using the site or selecting "Remember me" during sign-in, you consent to the storage of these cookies on your device.
